Legal Framework

CLIENT OWNERSHIP CRITERIA

Client Ownership Lock: All clients acquired via the public Twin Hearts directory belong exclusively to Twin Hearts Wedcare Solutions. Direct solicitation or off-platform session booking is strictly prohibited for 24 months.

Inbound Referrals: If you refer your own private client into our ecosystem using your tracking coupon, you retain ownership of that client and will receive a flat 90% payout (minus a 10% platform administration fee).

Payout Release: Payments are disbursed on a fixed fortnightly schedule, calculated strictly on a per-completed-session milestone basis.

PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY & CREDENTIAL WARRANTY

The Counselor explicitly warrants that all academic qualifications, regulatory registrations, and practicing licenses submitted across all sections of this application are authentic, active, and valid under local statutory laws.

The Counselor assumes full, exclusive professional and legal liability for all counseling sessions, psychometric tests, and therapeutic advice delivered to clients introduced via Twin Hearts Wedcare Solutions.

The Counselor agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Twin Hearts Wedcare Solutions, its directors, and operational staff against any and all malpractice lawsuits, financial claims, civil liabilities, data breach actions, or legal penalties arising out of the Counselor’s clinical negligence, professional misconduct, misdiagnosis, or misrepresentation of credentials.
